Theredheadkim Had a problem upon problem I’ll pawn problem with them over about the last five years. Have been with them since before 90. Finally got fed up had a Knouff told them that either they were going to straighten it out and make me happy or I was going to let Sprint buy out our contract and return the four brand new iPhone we got. Once they found out I was serious and they couldn’t okey-doke me again, They really stepped up and not only took care of the problem but I had the sweetest and funniest 19 year old girl only with the company for less than a year take care of the issues that I had when grown women Who had been with the company for years couldn’t be bothered to complete and had no work ethics whatsoever. She stayed on the phone with me for an hour and a half going to whoever she needed instead of transferring and pushing off on someone else just because the issue might actually take some action. Completely happy with them once again, they stepped up and fixed everything. Now we will see how it really is when the bill comes with new phone charges. But she did everything she possibly could including going step over after step overs to the higher ups on my behalf until she got the answer she wanted. Didn’t make me go thru story over n over or make me wait for call back. I’m giving her kudos and Verizon another chance.
